Applicants must submit copies of the following credentials at time of initial interview: Current RN License Current BCLS Current ACLS (when applicable) Current Negative TB (has to be within 1 year or less) Chest X-Ray (if positive TB) MMR Titer, Hep C Varicella Titer Hep B Consent / Waiver Physical Drug Screen Social Security Card Current Drivers License There is also a series agency testing competencies that are required to be completed successfully with a passing score of 80% or higher prior to placement.
